Holly Bell is the owner and operator of Maxx Models & Talent. The Agency was formed as an LLC in 2002. Holly is a lifelong resident of the Quad-City Area and an energetic entrepreneur.
Always enjoying working in the field of fashion, Holly has worked as the Visual Merchandise Manager of a large department store chain as well as having owned two local boutiques and finally opening Maxx Models & Talent.
Holly writes monthly fashion trend articles for a national publication, and is the on-air fashion contributor for Paula Sands Live, a popular daily local television show. Holly is also a certified Miss America judge and has been a pageant consultant and Miss Iowa Sponsor for several years.
Holly has donated many hours to charity work by producing fashion shows in the area that have resulted in large successful fund-raising campaigns. She also works with special needs women and youth to help them achieve confidence and poise. “The best part of my job is taking a shy insecure person and helping them find their self-confidence”.
Holly’s goal for Maxx Models & Talent is to find local models new opportunities, create exposure for new talent, and help them achieve their career goals.
Hope Plans is a professional model and has been with Maxx Models & Talent since its inception as an instructor, model & assistant. Hope has been with the Elite Agency in Chicago and has modeled nationally for many name brands.
Hope holds a Master’s Degree in Art from the University of Iowa. She is also a former Miss United States and a holder of many other titles. Hope’s style and grace makes her a great role model for youth and women of all ages.
Jake Van Dam of JMV Portraits
Jake Van Dam holds a BA in Applied Linguistics and is a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America. After spending ten years refining his craft at home and abroad, he settled back in the Quad Cities where he works in portrait and event photography along with Professional Modeling photography. He specializes in capturing authentic moments and creating interesting and evocative vibes.
Taylor Cederoth will enter her Senior year at Augustana College in the fall of 2021. She is majoring in education and plans to join Maxx Models upon graduation in a permanent position. She has enjoyed being an intern for the past couple years and has studied and been a professional model for many years. We are looking forward to working with Taylor in all capacities. Her favorites are teaching classes and posing models for photo shoots.
Daniel Sheridan, Performing Arts Supervisor & Director for Davenport Parks & Recreation is our guest instructor for our “Performing on Camera and Auditioning Class”.
Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in performance art and has directed and acted all over the United States as well as The Kennedy Center in Washington DC and the University of London, England.
